Sign-in and calendar sessions use first-party cookies. Selected capabilities and bounded chat history use tab session storage; privacy preferences use local storage, and public offline app assets use the browser cache. A scope you explicitly carry into the workspace can stay in this tab for up to one hour. The app does not cache private API responses, meeting files or workspace pages. Browser settings can remove stored data, but this may sign you out or clear your draft.
Optional public-site measurement is disabled by default. If a receiver is connected and you allow it, only predefined public-page events and approved campaign codes can be sent. Raw URLs, query strings, referrers, chat, form fields, contact information, booking IDs and payment data are excluded. Discovery, login, portal and meeting routes are excluded from browser measurement.
Privacy choices lets you allow or decline optional measurement with equal controls. The choice lasts 180 days on this browser; you can change it at any time. Global Privacy Control overrides permission. Declining deletes campaign attribution and stops future optional events. It does not erase requests you previously submitted or records already received by a connected service. No advertising cookies are installed.
A new analytics provider, pixel, session replay, targeting or remarketing tool requires its own data review, disclosures and applicable consent controls. It must not piggyback on permission for this limited first-party measurement.
