A clear agreement before work begins
These are review terms for the build, not an executed service agreement. Each engagement needs an approved statement of work identifying the parties, deliverables, acceptance tests, schedule, fees, third-party costs and support coverage. Browsing, a chat reply or a generated scope does not commit either party to a project.
Discovery, scope and changes
Every service starts with a 30-minute discovery. Catalogue entries describe capabilities to scope, not guarantees that every feature is included. A discovery receipt is not a confirmed appointment. Additional work, usage and recurring commitments require a clear agreement before charges.
Payments, service credit and delivery
The wallet represents prepaid credit for OSACT Applied services; it is not a bank account, investment or peer-to-peer payment product. Client approval binds the exact order and amount before a debit. Payment confirmation comes from the provider, never the browser. New protected project deliverables require confirmed payment and owner readiness. Pending transfers, disputes and refunds can affect release. This mechanism must not be used to withhold records that a client or individual is legally entitled to access.
Refunds, cancellation and recurring work
The signed scope must specify cancellation, refunds, unused-credit treatment, taxes, subscription renewal and termination. This draft establishes no blanket non-refundable policy or credit expiration. Ask do@not.rest to resolve billing issues. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Live wallet funding must remain disabled until these commercial terms and the stored-credit model are approved.
Ownership and confidentiality
The signed scope defines transfer of source, documentation and other deliverables, payment conditions, confidential-information handling and third-party licensing. You must have permission to provide the material you share. No portfolio, testimonial or logo reuse is presumed.
Responsible use and agent authority
Do not use the platform for unlawful activity, spam, unauthorized access, exploitation, malware or deception. Keep access personal and revoke unused agent grants. AI suggestions need review; delegated actions are bounded by permissions and approvals. Automated output is not a substitute for qualified advice in regulated decisions.
Meetings and communications
Recording, transcription and screen capture require the applicable permissions of participants; local law and customer policy may require more. Inform participants before enabling a meeting agent. Do not use discovery, chat or the general workspace for emergencies or protected health information.
Service limits and unresolved legal terms
The current build is a preview, with production providers disconnected. No uptime, response-time or compliance guarantee is made here. Governing law, liability limits, warranties, dispute resolution and the final contracting entity/address need legal review before paid production use. Questions: do@not.rest.
